Chemical Peels

The Renew MD Medical Staff has advanced training in administering medical grade peels, providing same-day results that will improve over several days. The skin peel exfoliates the treated area and provides many benefits, including smoother, softer skin, complexion smoothing, reduction of fine lines, and softening of mild scarring. Included and exclusive to Renew MD is post treatment Red LED Light therapy which provides a reduction to redness and swelling and stimulates collagen production.

Acne LED Light Series

Six Blue or Red LED light treatments including up to 6 salicylic treatments (as needed). This program will include one chemical skin peel or a microdermabrasion. The six treatments of Light Therapy include facial cleansing and application of skin topical treatments consistent with the skin condition. Additional LED treatments may be required or periodic maintenance may be needed to maintain results.

Levulan

Levulan inactivates bacteria, exfoliates skin to unclog pores and penetrates into overactive sebaceous glands to clear up acne for up to 18 months, or, in many cases, longer. After each treatment, patients must avoid sun and bright lights, and there may be some redness and swelling for up to one week.
