At our office, we offer six Blue and Red LED light treatments, up to 6 salicylic treatments, one chemical peel or microdermabrasion treatment, facial cleansing, and special skin topical treatments.
The acne LED treatments typically take 30 to 45 minutes to complete while the salicylic treatments, chemical peel, microdermabrasion, facial cleaning, and topical treatments vary in length and can increase treatment time. After about three to four LED treatments, you should begin to see your acne fade.
Chemical Peels
Chemical peels are skin-resurfacing techniques that can help you clear acne and smooth out any scars you may have. These peels work by exfoliating the treated area and revealing the smooth, soft skin you’ve always wanted.
While you will likely face a burning sensation during the hour long treatment, the results will be well worth the discomfort. You can enjoy noticeable results one to two weeks after your treatment and may require several peels to see a significant difference in your acne.
